We are located in the heart of Covent Garden, within walking distance of the Covent Garden Underground station (Piccadilly Line). The clinic entrance is on Aldwych Lane, between the main thoroughfare and the quieter side streets.

Before Your First Visit

All new clients begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss their skin concerns and determine the most suitable treatment approach. This ensures we understand your needs before scheduling a full treatment session.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete a brief health questionnaire. This information helps us tailor the treatment to your specific circumstances.

Access and Parking

Street parking is available in the surrounding area, though spaces can be limited during peak hours. We recommend using public transportation when possible.

The nearest car parks are located at Covent Garden Piazza (5-minute walk) and Drury Lane (7-minute walk). Both offer hourly and daily rates.

Our clinic is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance, with a lift providing access to all treatment rooms.

Appointment Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
